ConversatumFewer failed recordings and near-perfect billing for an AI meeting app.
How we made the Conversatum AI meeting app more reliable: fewer failed recordings, one-drag speaker correction, and subscription billing that stays in sync across Stripe and the App Store.

The challenge
Conversatum records meetings on your phone and turns them into transcripts. As more people used it, some recordings failed to upload, the one failure a recording app can’t afford.
Fixing who said what meant editing a transcript line by line. And subscriptions bought through Stripe and Apple sometimes fell out of sync, so paying customers could lose access.
What we built
A meeting app people can rely on
Recording that survives real life
A rebuilt recording and upload flow that fails far less often.
Drag to assign speakers
Fix a speaker across a transcript with one drag, not line by line.
Billing that stays in sync
Stripe and Apple in-app purchases reconciled automatically.
